i need someone who is efficent,friendly,reliable,self motivated. are you good on the phone? are you good with a computer? i have a home based buisness& could set up a virtual office from your home. although the posting says part time, i would fully entertain a full time position in my growing company. $10-15per hour depending. 12:00-5:00 m-f but somewhat flexible

Virtual Administrative Assistant Part-time

We are a career counseling business offering services to primarily high tech professionals all over the world. We are looking for a Virtual Admin who can work remotely from home. Location is not important. The hours and time of day are very flexible. Work can be done at night and weekends but must be at least 4-5 days a week.
Responsilbities: 10-15 hours per week
• Schedule new and returning clients for counseling appointments using Microsoft Outlook email, calendar and contact records.
• Track and maintain all MS Outlook client records, test results and contact information
• Update and post to an online egroup
• Track client sessions and billing using MS Excel
• Update website content and track career resource links ongoing to ensure connections
• Maintain other files and documents as required

Qualifications:
• Excellent English comprehension and good writing style
• A high speed Internet connection and fast computer
• Word process minimum of 55 words per minute
• Able to schedule, prioritize and manage a busy appointment calendar
• Detail orientation with ability to organize, and keep things organized
• Education, a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
