We are looking for our client Bank of America, for a corporate recruiter to work a 3 to 6 month recruiting assignment in their Corona location. This position might have the opportunity to go full time, but there are no guarantees. This position can be virtual (telecommute) and/or in the office. We would prefer someone who wants to work at least 2 to 3 days a week in the office, but we are flexible. This position will recruit for branch tellers, management, and up to the Area Vice President positions (including some corporate openings like Finance and IT). Currently our company has an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to join our Document Services team. Candidate may be located anywhere in the United States and will work virtually, while supporting our Sacramento, CA facilities’ clients.
Summary:
As our new Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for Business Intelligence program development as well as providing long-term support and maintenance required for Business Intelligence, Process Automation, Data Processing, and Data Warehouse initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Intelligence workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Determine comprehensive business analysis, data capture/output, and reporting/dashboard requirements.
- Gather business information throughout all levels of the business.
- Assist in ensuring that BI solutions support business processes
- Train others on the use of BI reports and tools for decision making
- Coordinate data input/output requirements with document composition team members
Skills and Knowledge:
-Strong analytical skills in gathering requirements and tracing requirements to design
-Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence Development tool suite
oSQL Server 2005 Integration Services oSQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio oSQL Server 2005 Analysis Services oSQL Server 2005 Reporting Services
-Strong project management skills a plus
-Prior leadership experience is a strong plus.
Requirements:
-2+ years experience in a Business Intelligence development role within an Information Technology organization -Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills -Strong communication skills -Ability to lead and work in a team environment -Strong self-management skills -History of demonstrating composure and professionalism especially when under stress -Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Education:
BS degree or equivalent work experience
MCTS: SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence Certification is a strong plus
