- Provide support and answer questions related to Alienware Products and Services via our online chat application.
- As needed, follow up with customer service scenarios via e-mail, forum support, etc.
- Answer live sales calls via phone as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. (Some College preferred)
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a positive Sales attitude.
- Minimum 1 year previous related work experience.
- Basic knowledge of internal and external computer components.
- Phone queue and/or call center experience.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Must be very detail oriented.
- Strong organizational, inter-personal and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.)
- Must be able to type 55+ WPM.
- Certifications preferred but not required: CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of current computer hardware, peripherals and games.
- Basic experience with current high end performance technologies: video, audio, drivers, etc.
