Sales Coordinator Position Job Description:
BDI needs an experienced telemarketer to set appointments for our outside sales force. You will be directly responsible for keeping 2 sales reps on 2 appointments per day.
Requirements And Experience:
Highly motivated to make $150,000 - $250,000 per year
Able to work from home with minimal supervision
Able to make 100 - 125 cold calls per day
Willing to work on 100% commission only.
Must have 2 years minimum sales experience, inside or outside sales
High energy, goal oriented and organized.
Must have internet connection at home with personal computer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conduct 100 - 125 outbound B2B cold calls daily to all leads provided.
-Conduct outbound B2B follow-up calls on all leads from direct marketing programs.
-Maintain accurate records and notes within contact databases.
-Imputing all appointments into online calendar and making sure no overlapping occurs.
-Also making sure each appointment is within 20 minutes from each other and there is ample time to hold pervious appointment and make it to next appointment.
-Maintain a high level of familiarity with all BDI service offerings and an ability to clearly communicate the value of those offerings to prospects during lead qualification activities.
-Use a formulated qualification process to determine Decision maker and authority to make final decisions.
-Work with sales territory managers to ensure quality of leads generated.
-Interact closely with sales representatives for specific business development initiatives.
-Creative problem solving abilities and strong desire to work in a telephone-based business development environment.
-Excellent oral communication skills with attention to detail accuracy.
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to accomplish mutual team and business goals.
-Must report statistics daily to EVP of Sales.
-Attend daily conference calls at 8:30am and 5pm (EST).
