Initial Call, a managed services consulting firm is seeking Sales Managers for front-end sales/lead generation work. Initial Call provides lead generation services to software and information technology services companies across the country.
All employees are part-time and telecommute from home Seeking individuals for 10-30 hours work per week Competitive part time base pay and bonuses.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Making cold calls, producing new leads, and securing new business for the company Recommend new processes for lead generation Provide prospect/customer database development and management and prospect profiling Work in a remote team environment to meet organizational standards, including lead generation goals Monitor weekly goals Maintain a constant level of positive energy and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 successful years of experience in installing/implementing business software packages, hi-tech recruiting, hi-tech field sales or hi-tech lead generation services. Must have a proven track record of making cold calls and securing new business Thorough knowledge and understanding of a sales cycle is required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, e-mail, internet, and contact management software is a must Project management experience preferred
Required Skills:
High comfort level with cold calling and selling to executives
Ability to deliver convincing sales pitches
Ability to handle objections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivation, flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit and openness
Strong leadership and managerial skills that reflect a philosophy of "lead by example”
