I am looking for someone to compile a mailing list of landlords
from a couple more cities on CraigsList.com.
People advertising in the “housing for rent” section of
CraigsList.com site are usually either investors trying to find
tenants for their properties or real estate agents.
I do NOT want the real estate agent contact info, but I do want to
compile a list of the investors.
You will need to ask them if they are interested in getting info
about some great real estate deals we occasionally send out.
If they say they do, you will register them with my e-mail
notification list and have them confirm they want to receive it by
clicking on the confirmation in the e-mail they receive.
You will be paid for each investor that confirms they want to
receive notifications of our real estate deals.
You will have a special page to enter your investor list into so
that I can track specifically that they are from you.
You would do this job daily for all the new ads in that category
and I will likely have you do it for multiple cities.
As I mentioned in a previous e-mail, I usually purchase lists for
about 10 cents each name, so let me know what you would charge for
each CONFIRMED person that wants to receive the list.
This job will likely go on for a couple of months, so it could be
steady income.
You must be able to accept payment via PayPal.

P.S. This could be a great job to do between calls while working at
a call center or while at home.
