Land Dirt Cheap offers digital photographers a freelance career taking photos of properties that are for sale. You take two photos, one of the land and one of the for sale sign and email them to Land Dirt Cheap. They then offer a website and listing of the property to the home owner for $299 for 6 months. If the homeowner purchases the website, you get paid $20 for taking the pictures.
Example: if you take photos of 20 properties for sale (which in many areas can be done in one hour) and only 10 of them pay to keep the web-page on landdirtcheap.com your compensation would be 10 X $20.00 = $200.00 for one hours work. If you took 200 photos of properties in one day that could amount to $2,000.00 for one days work. If all 200 of them paid the invoice that could be as much as $4,000.00 for one days work. Remember, they do not guarantee that even one will pay the invoice but according to the company, many of the homeowner's will keep the web-page and pay the invoice.
