C#/.NET XML/XSLT Contractor Needed

C# .NET consultant needed. I believe the application is winforms versus ASP but not 100% positive. The client is not sure one way or the other.
The application is a custom application that runs a 50 person high tech / medical manufacturing facility. It makes heavy use of XML and XSLT for data manipulation.
The original developer has moved away and they have many modifications they’d like to make.
Ideally they would like to build a long term relationship. More hours to start to learn application and make new modifications and then as needed on an ongoing basis.
Possible for someone with full time job looking to make extra $'s on the side OR a contractor who has many clients.
Facility is in Brewster, NY but telecommuting is OK. Going in every now and then for meetings, etc. is needed.
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

I am looking for a python programmer for a web IM project that is mostly already built out. Telecommuting is ok, as long as you are available to meet with me on weekly basis in Palo Alto.
Required Skills:
Programming Languages: Python, python server pages (psp), C
Open Source Software: Jabber IM server administration (ejabberd, jabberd etc.) Gaim (Pidgin) IM development (desirable)
Server Administration Skills: Linux/Unix server administration, Apache web server, Web Architecture, Design and Development experience
Location: SF - Palo Alto
Compensation: negotiable, depending on experience
