We are currently looking for a part-time, home based person to provide customer services support to language learning students.
Key Responsibilities –
•Be available and on-time for assigned shifts.
•Respond to customer technical and product questions.
•Maintain and report accurate online records of activities.
•Forward unsolved technical and product problems to designated experts.
Requirements
Qualifications -
•English as a native language.
•Have a personal computer and high speed internet access.
•Have experience with the internet, windows environment and troubleshooting.
•Good written and verbal communication abilities.
•Familiarity with instant messaging/chat programs.
Preferences –
•After-sales service or call center experience.
•Flexibility to serve as back-up for other shifts.
Compensation starts at $7/hour with bonus for attendance and punctuality.
All times Mountain Standard Time - Initial assigned schedule will be Saturday 6-10 pm with designated back up for additional shifts (Tuesday – Thursday 10pm-2am; 10am-2-pm; 2-6 pm; or 6-10 pm). Potential for additional pre-assigned shifts based on performance and availability.
